Rachael Hines

SAHMRI Facility Fellow

Rachael Hines holds a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging) from the University of South Australia, where she obtained membership into the Golden Key International Honour Society. Since graduating in 2020, Rachael has built a solid foundation in Medical Imaging as a full-time Radiographer within private hospital practice, where she specialises in diagnostic imaging for primarily cardiac, oncology and orthopaedic fields.

Rachael has further expanded her expertise by completing CT modality training through Radiology SA and has a focus on advanced cardiac scanning techniques. Driven by a strong commitment to professional development, she has joined SAHMRI as a Research Radiographer, where she applies her CT and Fluoroscopy knowledge and is also gaining experience across Angiography, CT-PET and MRI modalities at the Preclinical Imaging and Research Laboratories (PIRL).
