Lauren Hudswell is the Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist at the Melbourne Brain Centre Imaging Unit (MBCIU), bringing more than a decade of clinical and research experience in nuclear medicine with advanced expertise in positron emission tomography (PET).
Lauren’s professional interests centre on the use of PET imaging to advance personalised healthcare, particularly in improving disease detection and treatment outcomes. She is committed to leveraging emerging imaging technologies to enhance both data quality and the participant experience. She is also deeply engaged in mentoring early‑career researchers and technologists, fostering skill development and supporting the next generation of innovation in nuclear medicine.
