Arush Arun is a neuroimaging data analysis, pipeline development, and automation specialist, with expertise in both diffusion and functional MRI. He earned his MPhil from the University of Melbourne, where he investigated white matter asymmetry in the healthy human brain using diffusion MRI. With over six years of experience, he has worked extensively with large-scale longitudinal datasets and consortia, including research on cannabis use disorder (CUD), analyzing both functional and diffusion MRI data.
Currently, as a Neuroimaging Data Pipelines Fellow at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, University of Queensland, Arush is dedicated to ensuring that cutting-edge neuroimaging analysis pipelines are readily available to MRI users within the National NIF network. He also provides technical and analytical support to Ph.D. and Master’s students, helping them implement state-of-the-art imaging techniques for their research.
