Catalysing Innovation via Research Infrastructure-Industry Partnerships
Jane O’Dwyer, CEO of Cooperative Research Australia, will outline the current strategic direction of CRA in catalysing industry-NCRIS-RI enabled innovation via the CRC program.
AI 101 and Applied AI in Research Infrastructure
Dr Renuka Sharma and Dr Gnana Bharathy give a general introduction to AI and machine learning concepts, consideration of the responsible and ethical use of AI, and case studies illustrating practical applications in research support and infrastructure settings.
Further plenary speakers to be announced. The session will conclude with a panel to further probe challenges and opportunities for research infrastructure in supporting national innovation priorities.
