MRtrix3 workshop 2025

The seventh official MRtrix3 workshop will be held in June/July at The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.

MRtrix3 provides advanced diffusion MRI analysis tools, supporting a wide range of tractography applications, from individual studies to next-generation group-level analyses.

Designed, developed, and maintained by a global team of experts, MRtrix3 is freely available under an open-source licence, supporting users and fostering neuroscientific communities from diverse backgrounds.

Please save the date for this hands-on workshop, which will cover theory of diffusion analysis through to application, and the range of tools available within MRtrix3.
